Next Plumbing was the most honest and professional business I know! I had a leak in my master bath and I had just come home from the hospital after surgery! After 3 estimates... Next Plumbing was the most reasonable for what I needed! I called the owner Patrick in a panic at 9 pm and he answered the phone! He was so kind and set things up to send his plumber the following morning! Nicholas Abrams showed up on time... wore booties over his shoes to keep the house clean, installed a difficult faucet and was the kindest person I’ve met! He saved me 400 dollars ( from another rip off estimate I got! ) He came with all his tools and had a choice of faucets with him. He cleaned out the drain and wiped everything up after he installed it! I had a garbage disposal that was not working right, and only 18 months old (just past 12 mo warranty). I spoke with Jason, the owner of Exact Plumbing and he suggested I approach the maufacturer for a free replacement, and then he would install the replacement for free. I got the free replacement, and Jason lived up to his word, and sent a tech quickly to install it at no charge. I was impressed with this customer service and the quality ot the tech and install!
