I was hopping the to be only one with a negative but man, I was wrong... I got the same issues others have had. Do not show up to appointments after you make arrangements in your life, gives you no options and it's like take it or leave it. And the ladies answering the phone shows not empathy and are felt cold and rude. unfortunately I'm going on a week and still no AC and waiting... Feedbacks are usually a tool to help the business and or to have the client make an informed decision. unfortunately they don't care much about it. And that's who my Warranty company is working with... Service: A/C system repair

I have been waiting over a month for this company to return to fix my AC unit. My home warranty company authorized the payment on June 29, 2023 and it is now July 30, 2023 and still no AC. We are suffering and our dogs are suffering with no AC. I have called and my husband has called at least 3 times and still nothing. Do not hire this company unless you enjoy poor service and suffering. Customer service told me everyone makes mistakes when they didn't show up for the 1st appointment which was back in June. The reason I picked service not listed is because they haven't done anything yet and who knows if they ever will. UPDATE: AC just finally got fixed, August 2nd. Tom was great and everything seems to be working as it should.

Terrible service experience! The customer service provided was absolutely appalling. The person who answered my call displayed an astonishing level of rudeness. There was absolutely no initiative taken to follow up with the service company, prompting me to make a call myself after two whole days had passed. To my dismay, their response was that the equipment was dirty and they intended to impose a staggering $650 fee for its cleaning, not to mention an additional expense of around $1000 for recharging. Seeking a second opinion, (Semper fi Heating and Air) I reached out to another company, which had an entirely different take on the issue. According to them, the problem did not lie in its cleanliness, and they were astounded by the notion of charging such exorbitant amounts for a unit that was already 21 years old. I concurred with their assessment. Their recommendation was to save the money and allocate it towards the purchase of a new unit, a suggestion that I promptly followed. In re
