I actually had a great experience with this company, through my home warranty. I put in the request on a Sat evening, they called me first thing Monday (didn't expect a call before then), we set an appt for Tuesday morning, they were at my house nice and early, the tech fixed the problem, told me about how to flush my lines (some drain line in the garage handler was clogged), and it's working just fine. Would highly recommend this company! Am very grateful all is fixed and running--thank you!

I had an appointment with this company through Choice Home Warranty. I asked for a morning appointment and was give a window of 11am-3pm. I got a call at 3pm from this company. When I answered I was spoken to like I interrupted something. The woman claimed she didn't even know who i was even though she called me. When we got that straightened out she told me her "tech" would be late. I told her to just send them and 3hrs later there was still no one.

It is the most terrible company I have ever dealt with. My appointment was from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. "The technician" arrived at 5:15 p.m., saying he was busy and required to visit other clients. By his diagnosis, which I doubt, he described that the AC unit needed to be cleaned. He would require 3 to 4 hours to complete the task. However, my wife showed him that the temperature at home was 92 degrees, and he said he needed to visit other customers first. Currently, it is not possible to contact them by telephone. Don't call this unprofessional.
