Alissa was great, she got me an appointment quickly. But then my experience got a little bumpy. Had to postpone a couple times throughout the day but when Darwin got here, I was glad I chose them. He was very friendly and explained everything to me. I would recommend and will use then again.
I had called in panic because of complaints from guests because the ac was not cooling properly. In just less than an hour Alisa scheduled me, Eric showed up 30 minutes before time and fixed everything, reassuring us that the unprecedented heat wave was common.
