Philip Croup showed up on the dot. He was polite, professional, and had a very nice demeanor. He explained everything and fixed our problem. I highly recommend Brown's Arctic Air!
Showed right on time. Tech quickly diagnosed the issue with my A/C, provided a quote, pulled the part needed from his truck and completed the repair in under 30 minutes. Price was fair based on prior research I did on line. Tech was very professional and courteous. Only negative was the trip charge to do the estimate was not subtracted after I agreed to have Brown's do the actual repair. Still happy with the experience. Will call again if needed in the future.
I have used this company multiple times for install, maintenance and repair of my AC system. I have found all of their employees to be an absolute pleasure. Don has always guided me in making the best decisions from purchase to repair. He installed and maintained my mothers unit also. She absolutely adored Don and his hard work. Alley promptly returns calls for service and no huge windows of waiting for the tech. In other words, I appreciate the honest communication this company provides. Yesterday I met Phillip for the first time. Amazing tech with such a positive demeanor. Even in august Florida heat. It’s clear he enjoys his company. Five star company all the way.
