After fights with our insurance company and one company cancelling our contract, we were scrambling to get our roof replaced. I asked for recommendations on Facebook, Don's name came up multiple times! I called him (on a Saturday), he called right back and came right out to write us an estimate. He worked with us and our crazy schedules, coordinating the work with us in mind. His team did an incredible job and I am so glad we chose Menzel Roofing Company! Thank you Don!

Menzel Roofing replaced our roof in late summer 2020. It took nine days for them to complete our roof and it was a horrible experience. The roofers failed to tarp the roof one evening and it came a terrible rainstorm and we experienced several leaks. That issue was taken care of, but we will need to replace part of the ceiling and will have to repaint other spots left by the leakages. That is not the worst of our concerns with this roof though. The roof does not look good and every time it rains/storms, we just pray for no problems. There are uneven spots, the work around the vents is questionable, and in places the roof looks much older than just a few months old. It's difficult to imagine the logic used in the alignment of some of the shingles. I am surprised and disappointed by the quality of work we received. The owner wasn't here while the work was being performed so perhaps that is why the service we received was not comparable to some of the other reviews. Hopefully th

I'm president of my neighborhood HOA and I recently needed a roof repaired for one of the homes in my townhome community. Don Menzel responded quickly and provided an inspection, estimate and repair within a weeks time. I will definitely be contacting Menzel Roofing for our future roofing needs.
