Very professional, and prompt. Our AC unit is 13 years old, and I was expecting them to say it needed replacing right away. They repaired it and said this may buy you a couple of years before it needs replacing. Very pleased! Service: A/C system repair

After looking over the current 22 reviews (at this typing) for American Energy Heating & Air, it amazes me how a company that was receiving highly rated reviews can go from sugar to s#!t with my experience. This company was the pick of the litter, from our home warranty company. Initially, they were very responsive to set up the appointment. The tech came out and "diagnosed" the problem with our A/C unit. He advised me that he would have to contact the home warranty company to get authorization to order the part(s). This occurred on a Wednesday, the following Monday we began calling "Kathleen" and left her VM after VM, with no return call (at the typing of this review), to get a status. I reached back out to the home warranty company, who advised that they didn't see a diagnostic status on our work request and that should have been updated within 48 hours of the tech being onsite. The home warranty company began calling American Energy Heating & Air and they never received an answer.

I can't say enough great things about this company. They helped me replace an AC unit in a very timely and professional manner. They even proactively shopped around to look for the best deal on my unit. This company does a great job and they have a very professional and responsive staff. I highly recommend American Energy & Air to anyone in the Atlanta area looking for HVAC repair or servicing. Best HVAC company in Atlanta and it's not even close!
