After another plumbing company failed to show I searched Medlock neighborhood files. I found Jon. Called him. Explained what we needed. We set a day for Jon to come. He came. Carefully worked his way thru our 65 year old pipes. Replacing what was needed. Did good fast work. Cleaned up. Reasonable price. We discussed that we will be calling him only in the future with our plumbing issues. And that I would highly recommend him. Finally a good honest plumber we can depend on.

Jon was great to work with! We couldn’t find our main water shut off valve or the water pressure reducing valve in an older home we purchased 2 years ago, and thought we needed to get both added to the home. Jon did his own sleuthing around the house and property and hypothesized they were located behind a section of the wall that was sheetrocked in. After agreeing to cut into the wall, he was right! We did have a main water shut off and the pressure reducing valve was there too but needed replacing. I really appreciated he took the extra time to figure out what was going on instead of just adding new valves. He communicated everything thoroughly along the way and asked permission before starting new work. On top of all of that, he helped fix a leaky spigot on his way out.
