We had a major blockage with our kitchen sink over the holidays. I called John and heard on his voicemail that he was on vacation until 1/5 so I decided to hang up. Less than an hour later he called me back and asked if he had missed my call and if there was something he could help with! Who does that in this day and age? We made an appointment and John came as expected. After a quick assessment, he diagnosed the issue and resolved it. Jon was fantastic! We had what we thought would be an impossibly expensive list of plumbing fixes after an inspection to sell our home. Not only was it very affordable, but Jon fixed only the items that were problematic and helped us understand what didn’t need fixing. The plumbing works perfectly now!
