This is the 2nd time I've used Andy on Call and specifically had Andrew M as the craftsman dispatched for my job. I was very fortunate on the first job when he was sent to provide an estimate to assess my job. He repaired damage from a leaky shower seal in my master bathroom which involved tile, drywall and a small amount of frame/structural repair. He truly did a stellar, quality job. That day, I had him provide me with an estimate for my lakeside dock repair. This job had more potential for a challenge as the dock's support structure was damaged by high water ~8 hrs ago. Today Andrew, from Andy on Call, knocked that task out flawlessly. The bigger and better part of this review is to know that Andrew has been spectacular for both jobs. He has always been prompt and attentive with respect to communications. He is polite and courteous. He has always been on time. He works with you to troubleshoot and devises a plan in which you are part of the solution if that is what you prefer.

I had Andy On Call build a box/shelf thingy in my bathroom to conceal some of the ugly pipes coming out of the wall. I specified during the consultation and reminded again during installation that the box needed to be removable so that a plumber could access the pipes if ever necessary. This guy assured me that it could be removed just by taking out some screws. Here we are like three months after that, and the first time we have a plumber come out, they had to destroy the entire box just to look at the pipes. I basically threw four hundred dollars away, all for three months of having a nice looking bathroom. It would have been more respectful and professional to just admit to me that he couldn't build what I was asking. I fault no one for not being able to do something, but I do fault this company for sending an employee out who would lie to me about his capabilities and ignore my request. I am not going to give the whole review at this point because I have not heard from the owner of the company. I have tried to contact him over the weekend hoping he would call me on Monday which he didn't do. The office lady says that she is giving him the message doesn't know if he's going to return it or not, and she recited that again yesterday and I asked her to recontact him. So far the job is not completed nor mess cleaned up. I am asking the manager to please try to contact us to get this settled. As of today the owner will not return my call. Andrew made a very lame attempt to clean up his messes. He walked off the job Saturday and said he was done. He has left us with overspray on our Doc Brown some overspray still in the Stone. When he was here he assured me he knew how to spray, he knew how to paint, and kept telling me that I didn't need to check on him he knew how to cover up so overspray wouldn't get on other items.
