My wife and I are first time home owners and using Andy on Call was a great experience. The best part is you know exactly where your money is going from labor, supplies, etc. We worked with Mr. Andrew Monias and he was prompted, professional and most importantly treated our home like it was his own. He and his apprentice got things done right and I was surprised how much I saved compared with other services which simply just mark up the price. I'm not much of a Mr. Fix It but what I liked most is that Andrew was willing to share some tips, not take advantage of my wallet, and most importantly treated me like a friend and not just another client. Top notch service and also great job to the secretary who set everything up...YOU MADE IT EASY. I've used them twice and I'll be using them again and again and again.

So far a terrible experience. I called for an estimate on Monday, July 2. The receptionist refused to set an appointment for 7 days. Finally receptionist called back on Monday, July 9 to set an appointment for Tuesday the 10th at 9am which would be an estimate only appt. So now we have to race to re-organize our work schedules in less than 24 hours to meet them. Why couldn't they have given us that appointment date earlier on? My mother in law agreed to take off from work to meet the tech there but no one showed up. She waited until 9:35am before deciding to go back to work. We both called the office several times to find out what happened however no one answered for over an hour. When we spoke to the receptionist after 10am, she apologized but also refused to send someone else out the same day for the estimate. We asked for a simple phone call if no one was going to show, but they blamed the new GA hands free law. Not sure what that law has to do with pulling over on the side of the

This is the 2nd time I've used Andy on Call and specifically had Andrew M as the craftsman dispatched for my job. I was very fortunate on the first job when he was sent to provide an estimate to assess my job. He repaired damage from a leaky shower seal in my master bathroom which involved tile, drywall and a small amount of frame/structural repair. He truly did a stellar, quality job. That day, I had him provide me with an estimate for my lakeside dock repair. This job had more potential for a challenge as the dock's support structure was damaged by high water ~8 hrs ago. Today Andrew, from Andy on Call, knocked that task out flawlessly. The bigger and better part of this review is to know that Andrew has been spectacular for both jobs. He has always been prompt and attentive with respect to communications. He is polite and courteous. He has always been on time. He works with you to troubleshoot and devises a plan in which you are part of the solution if that is what you prefer.
