Great company!!! Lee was great!! I used them as a third diagnosis for a 5 year old unit that suddenly stopped working. The 2 prior companies told me that i would need a new unit. It was hard for me to accept that a 5 year old unit would need to be replaced, so again i called Coolpro. Lee came and advised me it was a part that was failing NOT the unit itself. Lee was honest, did a excellent job, and saved me money!! My unit it working and better than before!! Thanks Lee and CoolPro. I highly recommend them!
