Clyde, the service technician ,came out today to address a concern we had with our AC unit. Turns out it was something simple, but he spent an hour answering all of my questions and providing details that most other companies would just skip. Very pleased with Summit and especially Jonathan Benitez, the main technician who replaced the old ac unit, installing the new unit and calibrating it perfectly. Jonathan is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled; he is also very good at explaining every step of the process and making sure that the customer understands the new system and how to get the most from it. I will definitely not hesitate to use Summit in the future. It is a very impressive company and an asset to this community.

We were having an issue with our AC unit being that it has been so hot outside. Summit was here the day after calling to check it out. We have a service/maintenance subscription with Summit that we feel has really paid off. A trustworthy technician has been sent each time we’ve needed something and it has been the same technician each time who is familiar with our house specially. I highly recommend the maintenance/service subscription. Dennis is nice & professional. He also loves dogs so that was a plus! He advised us on realistic solutions to our problems rather than just trying to sell us a new unit to make a commission and that in and of itself is a reason to love Summit!
