Quality, professional HVAC service for a great value. Used them twice with phenomenal results both times. They replaced an old unit, putting the new one in a better location and adding new ducts and thermostat when we bought the house several years ago. After working from home for over a year, we decided it was time to do something about the rooms over the garage (built in the 1980s, we did insulate it but it was still too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter.) We understand that home renovations have been highly sought after during the pandemic, but Shipley pulled through! The techs were punctual, completed the job in a couple of hours, were polite, and cleaned up when they were done. We are feeling immediate results in our rooms over the garage and it was completed for a reasonable price! Our AC stopped working last night and the temperature outside reached the upper 80's. Called the company that installed the AC units and they weren't available for two weeks. I was referred to Shipley from a neighbor and within two hours of contacting Mike, my AC unit was repaired. It was a quick fix (Capacitor blew) and I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgable, thorough and professional Mike was. They're a small mom and pop shop and he mentioned they don't do any advertising so I felt it was my duty to do my part to spread the word.
