Found water on the floor in the basement. Called Clog Dawg. Kenny came out the next day (Tuesday) and diagnosed and located the problem (turned out we had a coupling stuck inside the pipe blocking the flow.) With the problem identified, Kenny came back on Thursday to start the work (breaking the concrete, repairing the pipe), and finished the job on Friday. He also installed a new water heater. Clog Dawg provides excellent service at very reasonable prices. We’ll definitely use them again! 5 stars for customer service. I didn't need to use them, but I will highly recommend them and use them if I need their services. I thought I had a clogged drain. Called "big brand" company #1. They couldn't get to my house until Tuesday. Called "big brand" company #2. $89 to send someone to my house and that fee could not be applied to a service. $89 was the cost to arrive at my house. Clog Dawg called and asked me what was happening. I explained and the guy told me I did not have a problem and explained how the drain works. Thank you for taking the time to talk to me. Well done!
