Found water on the floor in the basement. Called Clog Dawg. Kenny came out the next day (Tuesday) and diagnosed and located the problem (turned out we had a coupling stuck inside the pipe blocking the flow.) With the problem identified, Kenny came back on Thursday to start the work (breaking the concrete, repairing the pipe), and finished the job on Friday. He also installed a new water heater. Clog Dawg provides excellent service at very reasonable prices. We’ll definitely use them again! Our plumber, Derrick, arrived on time based on the estimate given by the company. Derrick was very professional and polite. He did a fast assessment of the problem, diagnosed it and let us know what was wrong and how he proposed to fix it. We agreed to the terms and he was able to fix the problem within the time he estimated it would take. It was quality work priced very fairly and we will be repeat customers. Our pipe burst on Christmas Eve, like many others here in Atlanta. It was around 4PM. I thought there was no way we were going to get a plumber today. In fact, I called another company and they said the best they could do was the day after Christmas, which is totally understandable, but still. My aunt referred this company because she had to call someone that morning. The operator said he might be here super late or early morning. He showed up around 7PM. We were shocked. He worked very fast, getting right to business. When he found the burst pipe he reminded me to take pictures for insurance purposes. He asked/warned before touching or getting on anything (which was really considerate and I'm sure many gave up doing either because they forgot or were just so stressed from the day). He fixed everything really quickly. He made sure the hot water was working as well. He made sure to tell us to expect a call about restoration and what not.
