I have a maintenance contract with Innovative for my HVAC systems. The customer service is fantastic at all levels. Eric came today and called to let me know when he was on the way (on time) and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly in checking my units. Pricing is fair. Highly recommend! The company I work for was hired by Innovative Mechanical to do the storefront for their warehouse. We worked long days, and sometimes into the night on this project and he refused to pay us. Him not paying us put a financial strain on the company that we all felt and he still hasn't paid us. It even delayed our checks in November when we completed the job. Be careful with Innovative Mechanical and Chad Ferguson.
