I got a call back after 15 minutes I requested a service. John scheduled a visit for the same day and came to the house an hour after we talked over the phone. Outstanding and trustworthy HVAC company. I have used them several times over the years, including for a full replace of condensors/furnace. John Self is a very honest man and several times refused to upsell me on a new system saying we could get more time out of the old one -- no upsells here. Chad is an outstanding tech and very personable. Kelly is outstanding in the office and extremely kind and responsive when it comes to scheduling. When it got down to 9 degrees and everyone was panicking, of course my furnace stopped working on christmas day before I left town. I emailed Kellyand she got back to me promptly and offered to connect me with Chad to see if he could talk me through some temporary fixes. Long story short, the problem was EXACTLY what Kelly and Chad thought it was, and I was able to fix the issue and restore my system myself. We have been using Self for a little over two years now, and they're hands down the best HVAC repair company we've ever used. John has more than once gone above and beyond to make sure our home is comfortable and safe. When our pressure switch failed on our unit he was out here the same day to replace the part.
