My husband and I are out of state and own rental property in Davenport, IA. Sieren Roofing was hired by our property manager to tend to a roof leak. Bob's team was timely and attentive to the immediate needs. He was able to repair the problem and extend the life of the roof by 5-6 years. We were very appreciative of this as the quality of work was sufficient to remedy the problem and it was an honest interaction where we were not taken advantage of because we are out of state.
