My agency hired Sierens Roofing for a large flat roof commercial building. Bob went the extra mile several times throughout the course of the project, specifically: he attended a board meeting in person to present findings and explain project details and timeline to our Board of Directors, kept in close contact with me throughout the project with progress reports, got the manufacturer to express ship correct materials when wrong color was sent, and ended up performing nearly all of the work himself due to crew shortage (despite his own persisting injury). He did all of this to ensure the work was done correctly and the project was completed on time. I would recommend this company to anyone who values honesty, quality workmanship at a fair price, and an owner that stands behind his product.
