If you use this company, you will spend a tremendous amount of money! After listening to the sales pitch for 3.5 hours, and they still would not get to the cost we had to ask them to leave, and he still tried to talk us into their products, without going into to much detail, I had to get directive in telling them we weren't interested and to leave my house. They also wanted us to use them to finance everything so they could get kick backs from the interest rates they would charge. They might be hustling a good product, But there are other Great products and great contractors that will do a great job and you do not have to spend your life savings to make a few upgrades to your home. My experience with this company was very dissatisfying and I would not recommend them. I did receive a response from DaBella, Still not impressed. I bought very very expensive windows from this place. Lees than a year ago.. I've been calling about a broken window for over 2 weeks! The waiting to get a person to answer is ridiculous. And when they do answer. They promised to have someone call. Twice now. With no one calling me back. I've had communication problems with them from day one. It's not worth the hassle or the money.. buy anything else!! I've reached out to customer service 4 times in 3 weeks. I'm still waiting for a call back. I was told someone would be addressing it soon. They have said that every time. I'm sceptical.
