I’m very happy to give a 5-star rating to Covenant. After paying another plumber $150 two days ago for an unsuccessful job, I called Covenant. Today, they sent Darrin and Colton who went above and beyond discussing options and ended up installing a brand new high rise toilet for us. Darren was absolutely amazing! He inspected our water heater and gave smart advice on whether to replace it or keep it. While discussing those options, I asked how long it would take to replace it and he said literally at that time! He wasn't rushed and was very friendly. I haven't had service quite as amazing as Covenant Plumbing!

Starting with when Darren came inside he immediately covered his shoes with booties. He was so personable and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and I felt he did high quality work.
