My wife and I recently used Wm. Masters, Inc to replace our 23 year old AC and furnace. We also had them install a mini-split in our upstairs master bedroom. Our ac went out the weekend our house hit the market. The tech was super responsive and kind- came out on a Sunday and fixed it before our open house. This is the third time we have used this company and have always been very happy. Prices are reasonable and techs are all very professional and friendly.
Called to have someone come and fix 2 leaky tub faucets and install our kitchen faucet/garbage disposal. I was notified they were running behind, but the ended up not arriving until an hour and a half later. When they arrived they did a thorough inspection & informed me of issues I was unaware of. I appreciated the information but it meant they were unable to install a disposal or make one of my showers functionable. During the service, the two technicians were not the most kind and said things that made me feel incompetent/bad for things out of my control. The employee I spoke with on the phone did not discuss anything about charge, including that the customer is charged for travel time. This added a total of an hour and a half for the two technicians that worked on my home. Meaning I was charged almost 1K for two men to spend 2 hours at my home fixing a leak, cutting the water to one tub, and installing a kitchen faucet.
