Update to my review. Furnace issues this time :) We had our furnace go out today. Kristopher was able to come our within a couple of hours of our call. He got in and figured out what the problem was, went and got the part and had our furnace up and running very quickly. Very great service at extremely reasonable pricing. Absolutely recommend!!! Air-conditioning recently went out The evening before Father’s Day. We call master brothers and Jeff was able to come out within 45 minutes and fix our air conditioner as well as detect a gas leak that we had. This was very fortunate as we do not know what it happened if we didn’t realize we had a gas leak. Jeff was able to get our air conditioner up and running in no time. Great service very professional as well as not extremely expensive even for an emergency, even though it was an emergency Call. I am extremely happy with the service I received and would recommend Master Brothers to anyone who needs great service As well as not being taken

I've had great service from Masters Bros until just recently. I contacted them to get an estimate on installing a mini-split in my garage (and gas heater). Kris from Masters visited my property to review the idea and take measurements. He promised they'd be able to do it, but he never contacted me again after that. It's been three weeks since he visited and I'm still waiting for an estimate. I texted him and called the office for an update, but I never get results. Kris blames it on his boss, and told me he thought his boss sent it out, but here I am waiting on an estimate with no courtesy updates. It's really unprofessional and I'm really disappointed at how unreliable Masters Bros turned out to be. Just a shame.
