SBC Heating & Air Conditioning

SBC rescued us when our Home Warranty was giving us the run around. They kept is informed and kept their word. Now that out warranty expired, we still use SBC because of their excellent service.

These guys were great. My furnace went out and their technician Brett came out to my house. I watched Brett systematically find the cause of the problem. It was not at all simple. He did great job, double teaming with people in the office to get it done within an hour. Truly remarkable. I'll definitely be calling SBC Heating and Air Conditioning again!

SBC Heating & Cooling saved Christmas! Thank you Jenny, Lee, and Neal from SBC and Dan from Connor Supply for coming to our rescue on short notice, on ridiculously cold days, with an obscure part, on a holiday weekend. If it wasn’t for all of you and your expertise, skills, kindness, responsiveness, resourcefulness and generosity with your time… there is no way we would have been able to host our family this weekend, let alone stay warm ourselves! Lee was so patient with our questions and willing to explain anything we asked about. He diagnosed the problem, cleaned up a few others things to prevent future problems and called around on the Friday before Christmas until he found someone who had the right part for our way too old furnace. And thank you to Neal for coming out early the morning of Christmas Eve to get the new part installed. All of your willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. As small business owners ourselves, we can see that you all clearly care about
