New roof looks ok, but destroyed every single one of our window screens, costs us thousands to replace them. I don't understand why they did not cover our windows with temporary plywood to prevent damage. Our yard was a mess and they never cleaned it up. We have a dog so I spent hours cleaning up old nails, shingles, paper, and entire cartridges of brand new nails. Save yourself the hassles and extra costs. Naperville team is amazing. Michael helped me through multiple rounds of insurance inspections to get me approved. He helped show me as the homeowner all of the hail damage I had to help fight on my own in addition to their help. 6 months later we won and stormgaurd went to work.
