From beginning to end, dealing with TR Miller has been nothing short of fantastic. Alex was the initial contact and did our consultation and estimate. He was thorough and professional and gave very detailed explanations of many different options we had when choosing our new hot water heater. At no point did I feel like I was trying to be "sold" anything. All services and extras were explained very clearly and I felt comfortable from the get go. David B. and Darrick were our installers and have the same world class approach as Alex did and were also very professional and friendly. The work they did looks awesome and clean. I highly recommend TR Miller and will definitely be saving their number for future HVAC and plumbing help and services.
Joey did an amazing job! He took the time to analyze my issue and resolve it properly - where the prior plumber had failed. It was a very simple fix, but if I had not called TR Miller would have cost me thousands and I would still have an issue. Thanks Joey and TR Miller!! Great Customer Experience and quality of work
