Overall a great experience with TTLC. Quote for the new roof was on-time, very detailed, using high quality products, and reasonably priced. The work was started the very next week and completed in one day. Job site was left very clean. My project manager Matthew Long made sure everything progressed as promised. I worked with Todd Wambsganss and he was very knowledgeable and skilled working with insurance. He made sure I exhausted every avenue in order to get my siding and roof replaced by insurance. I was successful with the siding but my insurance wouldn’t budge for a full roof even though both were wind and hail damaged. After the hail storm, TTLC was referred to me from a coworker who was very happy with the work they did on his house. He recommended I go through Louie, who was extremely helpful and responsive to questions about the process. Louie helped me through the whole claim process, meeting with the insurance inspector, and got the roofers scheduled the same week we were approved! We are extremely pleased with how seamless they made the process for us and will be recommending them to any friends/family of ours.
