Sean did an amazing job diagnosing my issue in a very timely manner. He was professional and showed me things about my system I didn’t know, we have had other companies that came out that didn’t explain to me how my heat pump system worked. I was without heat for 4 days over Christmas and was desperately trying to get help. When I spoke with A Perfect Climate they were out at all hours helping others but made a point to call me back right away and suggest what they thought the issue might be and they were right!!
