Fast, professional, and reasonably priced! Our heat went out overnight when it was 10 degrees outside. I called Shield at 7:45am and they had someone to our house by 10am. It was amazing! The serviceman fixed the issue quickly, answered all my questions, and wore a mask and booties while inside. The total bill was under $100, which is amazing for an emergency call.
