Frye Electric did a great job for us on a Saturday emergency call! I had a red hot connection coming in from line side to the top of our house load center (breaker panel). This was on the verge of being a house fire if went further! I shut off the mains and starting looking for emergency help (on a SATURDAY no less). Contacted a competitor first (who shall be un-named), immediate answer service, but indicated they couldn't be out until July 6th!! WOW, so much for emergency service. Then I contacted Frye Electric. Emergency service operator was just as friendly. However, I got a phone call from "Hal" within minutes to ask for details of my issue. He said he would make a couple of calls and call right back. Within minutes, he said "Cody" was on his way. Cody arrived, did the inspection, was able to come up with a safe & effective solution! He was kind, courteous, and diligent to help us out! Came out to fix panel after a fire. Very nice techs. Had to come back because more wiring was fried than originally suspected from the outlet arcing. Was able to get us back up and running in a short time. Would definitely hire again.

We spent almost $4k to have them wire our basement in our newly built home. During their visit, their crew spilled something oily in our driveway, and made a huge stain. The circumstances of their visit make them the only possible cause of the stain. I didn't think it was a big deal and simply asked them to clean it up. They were unable to, so I contacted the office. All I asked is that they clean it. The owner called me back and was extremely rude, refused to take ownership of the issue and said that if "we can prove it was them, they'll take care of it". And hung up on me. Having spent that much money with their company and being treated so rudely over such a small issue, I am just in shock. I have NEVER written a business review before because I usually just roll with issues and fix them myself or most people will come to an understanding or do the right thing. Them making such a big deal over cleaning a stain blows my mind. He said he doesn't want to take ownership and get involved
