ABC Roofing could not have been more professional. The company has a commitment to excellence and they live up to it. The staff in the office are extremely friendly and answer any questions or concerns; the employees who provided the service were pleasant and friendly. Kind to notify me when they arrived and when they left. They cleaned up after the work was completed and I couldn't even tell they had been there. My roof and new guttering look amazing. Remember ABC when you have needs because they ARE THE BEST!

Untrustworthy and do not keep their word. I have used ABC a couple times, and their quality of work was fine in the past. However, in October, we sold our house and moved to Virginia from Avon. As we left, I got a quote from ABC, for $1200 for repairs we had to make for the buyers. I signed the contract in November and paid them in full. They told me the work would be done maybe before thanksgiving, but if not right afterwards due to being very busy. We moved, and then I came back to our old house in early APRIL of this year to discover the work was never done. I assumed they had done it and just were poor communicators like they always had been. So I had to call them after they basically stole $1200 from me and they claimed due to personal circumstances they just still hadn’t gotten it done. Which I don’t believe. Then they said it would be done that week, but took an extra two to complete it. On 4/20 I received a voicemail saying it was done. Then today, on 4/22/22 received a call a

ABC has done work for me for 10 years. They are a fine, family owned/ operated company. Their attention to detail, scheduling and workmanship is very good and their service when needed is prompt, thorough and cheerful. I'll use them again whenever I have need of any roofing.
