He was professional and thorough and did not pressure me to buy. Needed urgent service during recent cold snap. They were out very quickly and took care of things. We have used them exclusively since 2004. Since 2004 we have purchased both a furnace (2010) and air conditioner (2019) from them. Very pleased with both sales and service they have provided over the years.
