4-11-2023 update. I originally worked with Rob and Shane and Dennis ISSUE STILL NOT RESOLVED. Very disorganized and unprofessional Would NOT recommend this company for your roofing needs. Did not have a good experience with this company. Over $8,000.00 cash spent … roof was falling apart 2/3 days later. Work WAS VERY SLOPPY AND RUSHED. Done by Hispanic/Mexicans I originally worked with Rob and Shane and Dennis which they ended up very unresponsive after work was done. Waste of money Seeking 2nd roof repair company. #RIP OFF

Very clear and speedy process thanks to Rob and Dennis. Rob found significant hail damage upon inspection. The team handled nearly all of the insurance back and forth to make sure the home repair was completed quickly and with proper materials. The roof looks great and the installers were quick and cleaned up the after job rubbish remarkably well. Great experience. We had a GOOD EXPERIENCE! Our old roof had a section that had been wavy for thirty years, because it needed a rafter repair. Our roof was replaced once about twenty years ago, before the Roof Squad did it recently, and that roofer could not fix the rafters. We didn't know if ANY roofer could fix that. The Roof Squad was confident they could do it, and showed us before-and-after pictures where they did a very challenging rafter repair. They did our rafter repair and our roof is nice and flat! We were impressed. We replaced our siding years before hail damaged our roof. They were able to rescue/protect/save our gutters from having to be replaced. Yay! The crew protected our landscaping. We forgot to bring in a shepherd hook with an expensive hummingbird feeder, and a worker noticed it and gently laid it out of harm's way. The crew was respectful, worked together harmoniously, and diligent. A crew of eight worked 14 hours one day with very little break-time, and they were still smiling a
