I am so happy with my duct cleaning from Williams Comfort Air! The entire process was easy for me as a homeowner. They gave me a two hour time window and called 30 minutes in advance of arriving. Their two technicians were respectful of my home and my family. I appreciated the technicians explaining exactly what they would be doing before getting started. They were both knowledgeable and efficient. All in all, it is a 3-4 hour process and can be loud, but my husband and I were able to continue working from home without much disruption. My infant daughter was not too bothered by the sound either as the machine was in the basement. I am so excited I decided to get this done before summer. The technician Christian, was very competent, kind, super polite and professional. This was a very high-quality service and use of the latest technology. The price was great, and honest work. I called Williams Comfort Air in late May of 2023 to address my AC not working. They tech came and said- it can't be fixed and I need a new unit. I didn't even ask any questions I trusted what he said. I bought a new unit that night for $10,000. It was installed the very next day- what great service. Well buyer beware because on July 27th 2023 just at 60 days after the large purchase the air stopped working. Called the tech immediately and he came and was here just a few minutes when he said the compressor was bad.. on a 2 month old unit. He said they would order a part. I called the next morning to follow up since it was 96 degrees that day and the weekend was coming to be told they had to order the part from their "Cincinnati office". The weekend came and went. I called Monday, Tuesday, and finally today on Wednesday called and said enough is enough. I called and asked to speak to a manager and was told no managers where there and could she help.
