Williams Comfort Air

I have used this company for service on rental property issues for the last few years. I have spent over $25,0000 with them. The last issue will be the last service call to them. I would look somewhere else for a company that will earn continued business and be a trusted source of HVAC and Plumbing needs. The photo below is how the tech left my tenant's property, and I paid them $340. After a week of not returning phone calls, I received a message that it was like that when they arrived. A good first experience with Williams except cost was higher than expected. Decided to accept 6 month maint contract to reduce cost of the repair. I'd prefer not to have a maint contract/agreement but in this case it made sense. Technician did not have a "like for like" capacitor in his truck but did have a compatible unit at higher cost.
