Turns out the third time is the charm. The Edge Guys Heating & Cooling company was the third company I had work on my HVAC system in the last 12 months. I rarely write reviews, Ben and Sean were so incredible have to share my incredible positive experience. Simply stated they are my HVAC partner moving forward. Story: Contractor 1 installed condenser and coil (AC system) and then when system repetitively failed, refused to stand behind their work. They did so by consistently rescheduling after 1st service repair did not correct problem. Guy even had the audacity to blame me and cuss me out via text when I asked why he wouldn’t show. Contractor 2 showed up on time, charged me an inspection fee and then quoted $2600 to cycle refrigerant and replace TXV valve., what they felt was the issue. This is almost as much as full installation of coil and condensor. Borderline unethical price gouging for a home install and stated issue was contractor #1’s work.. When your system isn’t working

Edge Guys has become our 'go to' for our HVAC needs. We were a little skeptical at first when they bought the accounts of our previous company, but Ben (technician) and Nancy in the office have won us over with great service, in-depth knowledge and fair treatment. We're working with Chad now on a new system (ours is > 20 yrs old) and he seems on top of what is needed and isn't trying to sell more than we need. Thank you Edge Guys, you're doing a great job!
