Bob, from Johnson Heating and Cooling came to our home after we called for service regarding our air conditioning. He came in and just a few minutes he new what the problem was, fixed the air conditioner in a very timely manner. Was very impressed with his service. You could not asked for a more professional person. Will recommend Johnson Heating and Cooling to my friends and family. Service: HVAC system maintenance
Called in morning to make an appointment. Gave me a window of 2-4 same day. Waited until 4:45. Nobody showed up so called in. They told me they left me a voicemail, which they did, but did not get that as I was away from my phone expecting them to show. Telling me that they need to confirm with me before they send someone out. This was never mentioned when I made the appointment and so I had to call another company to have someone come out. Small detail but very important as people are very busy and do not live by their phone.
Was very impressed with the team of Allen, Nick and Gavin. They continually worked even when it was pouring down rain. Very polite, courteous, and they even cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend this company. Services: Heating system installation, Install AC
