Great service helpful and honest mechanics. They had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend especially as a woman. I honestly feel they are very fair.
Took truck in for no tail lights. Said he couldn't access the computer. I ended up Googling it and found that if the bulbs looked good, replace them anyways. I did and now I have taillights. I would have imagined an auto electric shop would have checked them first.
I am very happy with the job Norm's did on my 2001Mustang. The battery had been draining when the car was sitting, they traced it to the GEM module and replaced it. After I got it home, I let it sit overnight for two very cold nights without touching it, wanted to make sure it was not going to leave me stranded. When I went to try in, it cranked faster than it has for many years and fired right up. Well done, Norm's - excellent service at a reasonable price.
