Richmond Exteriors

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Richmond exteriors has been the worst company to work with by far. They were supposed to repair our siding, gutters, and window framing and it was a HORRIBLE job. To start off, they tried to make us sign a contract that was $1000 more than the agreed upon price. They started the job in November, and did a poor job to put it nicely. It is now mid-April and they still have yet to come back and finish the job they started. Very sloppy and poor quality work. They did not finish the calking around the windows and left massive gaps along the siding. The poor service went way beyond the quality of work. Their management was 10 times worse. They promised to set up an appointment with us to come back and finish the job but we did not hear anything from them until early April, and the job was started in November. We got a voice mail from a lady screaming at us for having a delinquent bill, but the job was not finished. The owner of the company, Jared Richmond, gave us a

Came before expected time. Only a few bits of debris left from cutting gutters and leaf guards. My biggest concern was that one man was doing all the work, so the safety of one person doing an install on a 2 story home made me feel that I needed to be available for the 1.5 days. First of all Richmond Exteriors offered a competitive price for my job. There could have been a little more communication during the measuring and final scheduling steps, but that was really not a problem. On installation day, the job was handled professionally and efficiently, and the clean up was meticulous. I highly recommend the services of Richmond Exteriors. Service: General repairs & maintenance
