I had a very positive experience. The crew was respectful of property and considerate to me. I was concerned that they were too hot, but they refused my offer to come into AC. I felt sad that they were cheerfully putting on a new roof while I sat in AC. The cleanup was excellent. The staff kept us informed of our responsibility and what to expect and when to expect it. Nick was super helpful. Overall the experience was positive, and I have recommended Emerson for their professionalism. The roof looks nice .
