Overall great experience. Emerson took care of all the details including permitting. The roofers were very professional and thoroughly cleaned up the lawn after. Didn’t find a single nail or shingle. They were very polite and respectful of our space while working. The representative was very thorough explanning the process and very quick to get things started. They discarded a satellite dish for us that was no longer needed. One gentleman was not satisfied with his work and started it over tearing it off what he had done and fixing it.
