Emerson Enterprises did an outstanding job assisting me with my roof replacement needs, and I would highly recommend them! Jeremy is knowledgeable and very professional! He is good at what he does! He came by to do the initial inspection, told me what to expect, sent a representative to meet with the insurance inspector since he had another appointment, and came by after the claim had been processed to select singles and to go over the contract. I paid half up front and received the invoice the same day. He made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, and provided updates and or changes to schedule due to the weather. The labor part went really well too! The team came in the morning and were done late afternoon. They laid out tarps around my home and cleaned up really well after into a bin that they brought. They were efficient and very professional! I was very impressed!! I should receive my final invoice in a couple of days to close everything out. Super impressed

Very professional and responsive. The crew was fast, friendly and did an amazeing job on my roof. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs. The project manager was very friendly and answered any question that i had. He helped me threw my insurance problems and was able to get it figured out. He was great. The rep was professional and explained each step of the process. They did their thing and it was great. Clean up was fantastic because I couldn't find any nails left around on the ground.
