We were having problems with our shower dripping water and called KB Complete since we have a service contract with them. They were super nice and professional and sent a service tech out right away. Chris had done some other work for us in the past and was super insightful and very pleasant to deal with. Patrick was the third company to give me an estimate on some repair work in our master shower. Patrick looked at the repairs needed and gave me several repair alternatives!
