My ac unit went out and jeff showed up Monday to check it out. I decided to go ahead and update my ac and furnace units. He had bids to me that day. I was able to walk through the options with him to decide what was best for me. That part was super helpful as I don’t know much about hvac. I came to a decision on Tuesday and him and Steven were here Wednesday morning installing them even in the rain. They came prepared, are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Jeff and Steven were at my house as part of a remodel job. While there they noticed a safety hazard issue and brought it to my attention. Thirty minutes later it was made safe! They also noticed another small issue that had been in place since I've been in the house and had just tolerated. Presto and it's fixed too. Steven with A-Team is great. He responds quickly to calls and is usually able to schedule service really quick. We have a PTAC unit in our attic that went out a week ago, Steven was able to track down a replacement and get the new unit installed in under a week. During the same time an associate of his installed two new toilets at our home. Great, professional service.
