The plumber they sent out could not figure out how to stop my leaking shower. Left me knowing I could not turn my water back on. Charged me $89.00 diagnostic fee nonetheless. The second plumber I had come out fixed the leak right away. I do not recommend nor will I use Bob Hamilton in the future. Service: Plumbing leak detection

Drake F. Came out and serviced my HVAC. He was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process. He was so professional and kind. So kind that even my dog Gigi, who hates everyone, loved him. Phenomenal service. Give this main a raise!!

Have contacted this company 3 times to speak with someone in charge with no result. Customer service associates were very nice but that is not helpful in this situation. This company is quick to rip you off in your time of need and not totally fix your issue or create new issues that they refuse to correct. If you can afford to pay over $500 for one shower handle plus double or triple to fix the issues they cause then by all means give them a call. Have used their services for many years but after this treatment never again!
