Drake F. Came out and serviced my HVAC. He was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process. He was so professional and kind. So kind that even my dog Gigi, who hates everyone, loved him. Phenomenal service. Give this main a raise!!

I booked with this company through Lowes to replace my water heater and at first I wasn't too impressed with the timeliness, but was later given an explanation. I wish I got the name of my repair man because he was amazing. Not only was he knowledgeable, did more than necessary, but he also handled my extra difficult situation all by himself and went above and beyond. My toddler is afraid of strangers, but this guy was so friendly and personable, my kid didn't cry and was even laughing while I ran out to get my wallet.

The goal of this company is to get as much money as absolutely possible out of your pocket. They’re priced somewhere around $700/hr and I had to find out the hard way. There are hundreds of reliable small companies with better service, integrity, and pricing in our area with the same “premium services” they claim, which is the norm. Do not call this company, they’re trained to trick you into spending as much as possible because techs are paid commission, so they have incentive to rip you off so they can have a better paycheck. You have been warned.
