We moved into a house with lots of plumbing issues and James from Bright Side Plumbing has helped us IMMENSELY. Service has been reliable, affordable, and high quality. The first plumbing company we had out here (not Brightside) was for a water heater install and I had a couple issues with them. I feel like I was being gouged and the installation was missing a few finishing touches that James from Brightside noticed immediately and fixed for us. James has also been very friendly and given great advice so that I can do some of the more simple plumbing repairs myself. So far, we've had him out for a sump pump installation, to fix a leak in a kitchen sink, and to repair a faulty shutoff valve from our main water line. Bright Side Plumbing was so helpful to work with when I lost all hot water to my main shower/tub. They gave me some advice to try before they were able to come out and look. When they did come out, James was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with solving our issue and helping us understand some more about the old plumbing in our house.
