These guys are great! We struggled for four years with another company that installed an expensive newTrane HVAC system and they could never get it working right. I knew the new thermostat they installed was part of the problem but they refused to believe me. Steve’s came out did some minor adjustments and replaced the crazy programmable thermostat they installed with a standard thermostat as I requested and it has worked great ever since! Thanks Steve’s! We were freezing in winter and sweltering in summer with the other company. Now everything is working well! Services: Install thermostat, Heating system maintenance, HVAC system maintenance

We had Steve’s come out to our house because our AC/HVAC system went out on a Saturday when it was over 90° out. We were thankful they were able to send a technician out on short notice on a weekend in the late afternoon, but the technician basically said “I don’t know what’s wrong” then took our money for the service call ($145), said to try replacing the battery in the thermostat, and left. I called back because that didn’t fix the issue, was told I’d be contacted to schedule an appointment for a technician to come back out, but no one ever called me. We ended up going with a competitor, the technician there found right away that our cooling system was almost completely out of refrigerant. Not sure how the first guy even missed that. We felt totally duped when the guy from Steve’s took our money after saying he wasn’t sure what the issue was…that’s totally unprofessional. So glad we found another company to go with who quickly fixed the problem. Service: HVAC system maintenance

On July 5, 2022 at 8:15 pm I left a message on the after hours service line requesting after hours service. The recorded voice said "Your call will be returned promptly." It is now 9:32 pm and the call has not been returned. I have left 2 other calls requesting service on the same line. No response.
