We contacted Louisville Handyman and Remodeling with a request for a quote on a bathroom remodel, including an addition of a half bath, in a challenging older home with a limited amount of space for the rooms. Our experience from the very beginning was top notch. Denise was our salesperson and was incredibly helpful, clearly communicating all scheduling and financial expectations throughout the entire process. John was our contractor and he was knowledgeable, kind and obviously enjoys his job. There’s nothing worse than having someone with negative energy come into your home, especially when they are there for a lengthy project, but every single contractor who showed up on behalf of LHM was respectful and professional. They went out of their way to quickly troubleshoot any issues that came up and finished the project on time as expected.
