What a great experience and so professional from start to finish! We woke up to a cold house a couple weeks ago. We really didn't know who to call, so my daughter made a few calls and recommended Wright Mechanical. My daughter works with Trixie, Scott's wife and that set things in motion. I received a call on my cell soon after my daughter Kim made the call for us. I didn't get the ladies name that scheduled the appointment but she was most pleasant. Scott Wright was at the house within the hour. He met with Sherry, I was at work, Scott told her what was going on with the furnace and then did a temporary repair for us. He was so kind to Sherry. He then took the time to call me and explain what was going on and recommended replacing the furnace. He said he was going to give us an estimate later that evening, and he did.
