First and foremost I normally don't ever do these surveys due to Im usually dissatisfied with communication with the repairs. This time absolutely stunned how well Nathan at Bell communicated good or bad news and went above and beyond my expectations. Bell and Nathan are top notch and once found part was on back order and didn't give up and found the part needed after checking several locations nation wide. Repair took Nathan literally no time but also took the time to explain what took place and educated me on how to maximize my unit and lower cost to me.
