However, once I addressed my concerns, I was assigned to a Quality Assurance rep “Alex Echeverria”, who ensured all craftsmanship related issues were addressed with the proper corrective measures. I had my roof replaced with Avco almost three years ago. Today I had Andrew & Tyler come out to do an inspection for me after I was concerned about some spots I was seeing. Not only did they do a full inspection and assure me the roof was just fine, but they also walked me through what may be a problem with my vinyl siding. Had two roofs replaced this month through this company (my mother’s and my own) and I must say that I’m so lucky that I chose them. In a day when quality products and service seem to be scarce this company has gone “Old School” when it comes to customer service, quality job ethic, and the best materials. Eugene Enevoldson has gone above and beyond as well as his crew chief Ishmael were more than helpful, efficient, and professional. Eugene even meets with your insurance adjusters and takes pictures or points out the damage so that you get a fair assessment of possible damage caused by hail or wind. Not only that but when your insurance only wants to cover the basic materials this company automatically upgrades you to the architectural shingles, drip edge, vent caps etc that saves you hundreds of $$$ and gives you a 30 year roof when replacement cost would only have gotten me a 20 year three tab shingle. They Also replaced several sheets of decking when they found more rot after remov
