The company beat the local cost estimate for the replacement of our hot water boiler and the crew traveled all the way from Stoneham to Middleboro to do it. The crew arrived right on schedule and completed the work in a single day. Professional and polite, they finished and even left the space cleaner than before they started. We found Presidential through Google 11 years ago, when we bid out a job to replace 2 oil boilers. We received 4 to 5 bids and Tim’s was the strongest. Since then he has installed a new gas heating system, repaired multiple broken pipes, installed bathroom fixtures and countless other jobs. He is currently converting an oil system to gas. He always calls back and shows up in emergencies, which is priceless as a landlord and home owner, and he consistently outbids other companies on bigger jobs. Most of all, I really enjoy working with Tim and his crew. They are professional, hard-working, competent and genuine. A very rare find.
