Bobby was absolutely extraordinary throughout the whole process. He was responsive, knowledgeable (a salesperson and former technician/engineer so he knows it all), and flexible with our needs and schedules. I can not recommend this company enough. The installation process for ducts with a heat pump and one mini-split was way faster than we thought it would be and the install team were also super flexible, knowledgeable and helpful spending time after long days to answer questions and even to call product manufacturers to answer questions. I selected Suburban after getting quotes from 4 other HVAC companies. Although my AC condenser was the problem I decided to replace the whole system furnace and AC because it was 25yrs old. First, the office staff was quick to respond to emails and adjust my quote as needed. The installer PHIL and his assistant were awesome! The install was on 7/21/22 in the middle of a heat wave. The unit was located in my attic and it had to be well over 100 degrees. There shirts were soaking of sweat but not once did I hear either of them complain about the heat. The job was completed on schedule. I would recommend Suburban for HVAC replacement or maintenance.

Suburban installed heat pumps to replace both our gas furnace and our air conditioning. They did a very clean job and the system seems to be working perfectly. Their bid was competitive with the several others that we received. We selected them because they worked with us to design the best system to meet our unique needs.
