Wow! What a breath of fresh air using Mr. Rooter through Neighborly! The phone customer service was great and accommodating! Then the Senior Technician “Richard Bush “ notified me when on his way, was on time, Extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough!!! And then their pricing was half the price of their competitor’s - Len the Plumber (unbelievable!!!)! I am soo very happy I didn’t settle on the price from Len the Plumber and decided to give Neighborly-Mr. Rooter a shot! The experience in this day of mostly poor customer service was Way Above what I expected! Thank you again Richard for your great work and thank you Neighborly for the excellent excellent customer service and experience.!!! Service: Toilet repair
