I engaged for servics and while we did not come to an agreeable conclusion on solving my mechanical issue, they were more than happy to work with me and didn't bill, so I really appreciated their customer service and willingness to communicate.
We needed a humidifer installed to prevent damage to our hardwood floors in the winter. We went with Frosty Refrigeration Co. We couldn't be happier with the assistance provided when deciding what unit to purchase and the installation of our new humidifier. The attention to detail and perfection are second to none! Never before have I given someone $800 and received nothing in return. Until I called Frosty. The rep was a good guy... which explains the only star. I couldn't have been more disappointed. Pretty sure i was just robbed.
