Objective, genuine, transparent - Without a doubt can’t go wrong. Always professional, well-spoken, informative, no pressure, friendly, organized, prepared, and knowledgeable. The only choice in HVAC. There’s no way any other company can do this and do it consistently. Had them out for 3 annual check ups. 1 issue. Gavin has been my guy and I hope to keep getting him since he knows my system well now and is always great. Wish the prices went back down now that Covid isn’t much of a factor though. We had Horizon Services - Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Heating put a new furnace in our home. We received an email letting us know that Mr. Lejeune, technician, was on his way and shortly after the email, he arrived. He was friendly and very professional. My husband showed him the old furnace and within minutes he went right to work. Shortly after, another technician arrived and they worked together and before long, we have a new furnace. Before they left, Mr. Lejeune explained everything about the workings of the new furnace to my husband but he also took the time to explain everything to me also. Before they left they cleaned up everything and other than a new furnace, you could not tell any work had been done. We would highly recommend Horizon Services to anyone.

Update: Overall I can't really recommend them, but at the same time there are also much worse alternatives out there, so in that respect they're better than some. Original Review: To be determined so far. The install on a system one step below their absolute top of the line option took a full day longer than quoted. After the end of the first day there was no communication regarding when the installers would return. It took an hour of calling the next morning to find out they would be coming back that day. Furthermore 90 minutes after the installers left the system shut down due to a fault. Earliest a tech might be out is 3 hours, potentialy 7 (putting the tech there at midnight). At this point I've lost a full extra day of pay, along with an unknown amount if the tech isn't able to resolve the issue until some unknown time in the morning.
