The driver of Van with MD PLATES 9BX4997 NEEDS to go back to driving school. He needs to have a little understanding for people trying to change lanes on I695(Inner-loop). There was an accident in front of us. I’m driving a Big Yellow Box Truck, had my turn signal on, & he STILL almost hit my truck. I was moving over and my front end was almost completely in the lane & he ran up on my side. If it wasn’t for the sensitivity of the load I was carrying I would have let him hit me. After the VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Way He acted after He passed me, I should’ve let him hit me. Just a side note~When I was mostly in that lane & he kept coming. I came to a complete STOP & He had to use the shoulder to get around me.

Drivers/employees don’t know the laws of driving. The lady answering the phone was rude and didn’t want to help! When making a turn with 2 cars turning if you are in the inside lane you turn to the inside lane. Not the outside lane!! When I told the lady on the phone that I was writing a review her tone changed!
